It’s officially fall which means pumpkins and warm spices, halloween, thanksgiving, and more. We wanted to help you celebrate any or all of these things with a cocktail that emcompasses the spirit of the season, without being overly specific. With the option of hard liquor, bubbles and wine we hope that everyone can find a drink they like on this list.
Witch’s Brew
A mini cauldron in your cup.
-Fresh blackberries
-Rosemary (1-2 teaspoon)
-Lemon juice 1 oz
-2 oz of gin
In a cocktail shaker, muddle blackberries, lemon, rosemary and honey. Add gin and dry shake (shake without ice) for 30 seconds, then strain over ice. Top with sparkling water and a sprig of rosemary for garnish.

Liquid Luck
It tastes just how it looks; magical.
-1 oz Elderflower Liqueur
-Pinch of edible gold shimmer powder
-Top with Champagne
This can be enjoyed as a shot or as a cocktail. For the shot, stir a pinch of edible gold shimmer with 1oz of elderflower liqueur. For the cocktail, pour your shimmering elderflower shot into a coup glass (pictured) or champagne flute and top with bubbles.
Try this beautiful drink for a wizard-themed Halloween party or to ring in the New Year!
Spicy Cinnamon Sangria
Like a fall candle in your mouth.
-Spiced Simple Syrup
Start by preparing your simple syrup; combine spices, sugar and water in a small saucepan. Heat, then reduce to a gentle simmer until the sugar has dissolved completely. Take off and let cool for a few minutes, then strain into the pitcher only adding back the cinnamon stick. Add in your wine and brandy at this time.
Juice two of the oranges into the pitcher, and slice the third into medium sized chunks. Slice apple and pear into similar sized pieces, add all fruit to the pitcher. Give it a good stir, then place in the fridge to chill for 4-24 hours. Serve in a wine glass or rocks glass; we recommend serving without ice!
This sangria feels like being draped in a warm blanket with a fall candle burning nearby. Enjoy it any time you want to get into the fall spirit.
P.S. Don’t forget to grab a clean fork and eat the fruit at the bottom of your glass- it’s cinnamony and sweet!
