What if I forget my password?
First: Don't panic. Second: Visit our sign-in page, click “Forgot your password?”, and follow all the prompts to reset it.
How can I find the right size for me?
Find our Size chart here. How to measure your Chest: Measure around the body, under the arms and below pecs. Ensure tape measure is level all around.
How to Measure your Waist: Bend to the sides to reveal the crease of the natural waistline. Measure around the body along that line for your natural waist measurement. Ensure tape measure is level all around.
How to Measure Your Hip: Measure around the body at the fullest part of the low hip. Ensure tape measure is level all around.
To choose the best-fitting bottoms, compare your waist and hip measurements to the size chart to determine your 2(X)IST size. If you fall on the lower end of the measurement range, experiment with the next size down for a slimmer fit. If you fall on the top end of the measurement range, you should experiment with the next size up for a more comfortable fit. To know what underwear size will fit you best, just follow your pant size.
To choose the best fitting tops for your body, compare your bust measurement to the size chart to determine your 2(X)IST size. What is the difference between fabrics?
Essential Cotton: 100% Cotton.
Cotton Stretch: Cotton with a hint of stretch for maximum flexibility.
Pima Cotton: Elevated cotton for added softness and comfort.
Modal / Modal Rib: Made from bamboo, this fabric feels like silk and is great for staying cool and fitting your body comfortably.
Dream: It's a blend of Cotton, Modal, and a touch of stretch, providing a super soft and luxurious feel.
Sliq/Mood: Using the mix of Polyester and Spandex to keep you dry and neat with the moisture-wicking properties, you'll be sure to make an unforgettable impression.

What brick-and-mortar stores carry 2(X)IST?
2(X)IST products are available at larger department stores like Macy’s and Bloomingdales, but 2(X)IST.com has the largest and widest assortment of our products -- plus exclusive online styles you won't find anywhere else.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are made in facilities across the globe, all of which adhere to the highest Fair Labor standards. Depending on the fabric used, the product you receive may come from Malaysia, Thailand, Bangladesh, India, or China. Factories typically specialize by fabrication or category of business, so we align our production with the factories best suited for the items we're making. All of our factories are socially compliant according to US standards and must be WRAP-approved (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production.) This ensures employees are offered fair compensation and benefits, and guarantees that they work in a safe environment. Additionally, members of our production team in America make frequent visits to these factories. Our goal at 2(X)IST is to deliver the highest quality, best fitting garments at a fair value to our customers. While our production is global, our design, marketing, Ecommerce, warehouses, and customer service teams are all based in the US.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We happily accept Paypal, Amazon Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Apple Pay.
What shipping methods are offered?
We offer Free Standard Shipping via USPS or Fedex, depending on the destination, on all domestic orders of $60 or more.
Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States and some religious holidays.)
FedEx Ground is also available at checkout. If you’d like to expedite your order, select FedEx 2 Day at checkout and be sure to place your order no later than 12pm EST. The price will be calculated at checkout based on your order’s size and weight.
Why doesn't my discount code work?
During our larger promotions, some of our discount codes may be temporarily disabled as better savings are made available. Save your promotion code and use it towards your next order. Discount codes can't be combined and might be limited to a specific customer, product, or timeframe. If you have any issues, please contact customerservice@2xist.com for further assistance.
How can I contact Customer Service?

Why do I have two charges on my credit card?
A pre-authorization is the full value of the order when you submit your order at checkout. By submitting payment, you authorize 2(X)IST to charge your credit card up to that amount, and that amount has a temporary hold placed on it until the order is ready to ship… which is when payment is actually captured and funds are transferred out of your account.
How can I be the first to hear about special promotions, new product launches and other news related to 2(X)IST?
Our emails are where the magic really happens. Sign up with us to receive product updates, future sale details, and exclusive offers on the regular. Don’t forget to add us to your “safe senders” list, too — otherwise, we might end up in your spam folder, and nobody wants that. Best of all, when you sign up, you’ll receive 15% off your first order.
How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?
If you'd like to stop hearing about sales, special offers, exclusive promotions, and brand updates, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of the email. Just click 'Unsubscribe' and you'll be directed to a page to a confirmation page. That's it.
Do you offer Free Shipping?
Domestic orders of $60 or more are indeed eligible for free standard shipping. Once your cart exceeds $49.99, the Free Shipping option should become available at the 2nd stage of checkout.
Do you ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address?
Yes. We can ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, but transit times can take up to 1-2 weeks.
I live in Puerto Rico. What is the shipping fee and when will I get my order?
If you live in Puerto Rico, you're eligible for free shipping. You'll receive your order < 1 week after it leaves our distribution center.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
2(X)IST is proud to ship to over 227 countries! Please allow additional processing time for international orders and note that customers are responsible for paying Duties and Taxes at the time of receipt. Check if your country is supported at checkout or using the Shipping Calculator in "My Cart".
How is International Shipping calculated?
Like domestic shipments, shipping for international orders is based off of weight and destination.
How much duty and tax will I have to pay?
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to customs, import duties, and/or taxes based on the destination country. If assessed, customs fees are the responsibility of the customer in addition to shipping cost. Unfortunately, 2(X)IST can't predict or control customs charges since they're levied by the destination country.
Can you change the value of my order?
No. We are required by law to disclose the full value of the package content.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
When can I expect delivery of monogrammed products?
Monogrammed 2(X)IST products are shipped +3 business days from when the order was originally placed. Please note that Monogrammed products are FINAL SALE since they're personalized.
How can I make changes to my order?
For security reasons, we can't modify or change a shipping address once an order has been verified. If you'd like, we can cancel your order and help you place a new one with the correct shipping/billing information.
Why was my order cancelled?
If we're unable to fulfill your order, you'll receive a cancellation email detailing the voided charge and the reason for the refund within two business days.
How can I cancel my order?
All cancellation requests must be made within 30 minutes after an order has been placed, and our customer care team will do our best to accommodate you. In any event, you can always request a return shipping label along with your order at no extra cost.
How do I check the status of my order?
If you have an account with us, log in. Visit “My Orders” and click “View Order.” Click “Track Your Order” and a pop-up will appear with a tracking link.
If you don’t have an account with us, contact customerservice@2xist.com with your order number, billing last name, and your email address or zip code.
You should receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed. Once your order ships, we’ll send you a separate email with tracking information.
If you've yet to receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam folder and make sure our email is on your safe list.

What does partially fulfilled mean?
2(X)IST reserves the right to cancel any part of your order if one of our products is no longer available. Of course, you won't be charged for any unshipped items (and we don't offer any compensation if a product is no longer available.)
We do our best to ensure that our website reflects what’s currently stored in our inventory, but occasionally updates are delayed during large-scale promotions. Pro tip: If you subscribe to our newsletter, you'll be among the first customers to know when new products are added!
How long does it take to process an order?
Shipping times kick in when your item(s) have left our distribution center. Please allow 1-2 business days for processing before your non-expedited order is shipped. Once your order ships, look out for a confirmation email with tracking information.
if you don’t receive your shipping confirmation within three business days of placing your order, reach out to our customer service team and be sure to include your order number to expedite the process.
I placed an order after 12PM EST but need it tomorrow. What should I do?
Unfortunately, we're unable to accommodate expedited shipping after our cutoff time.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped to me?
Orders placed before 12 p.m. EST with expedited shipping will usually ship the same day. All orders placed after 12 p.m. EST or through standard shipping methods are usually processed within two business days. Shipment will trigger a confirmation email.
I received word that my order was delivered, but it's not here. What should I do?
If you have any reason to believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact Customer Care to initiate a Lost Package investigation. Please allow 3 - 5 business days for the FedEx investigation and for 2(X)IST Customer Care to contact you for next steps. If, after the investigation, it's determined that your package was indeed lost, we'll be more than happy to re-ship a new order as long as your item(s) are still in stock. Otherwise, we'll process a refund for the original order.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
How Do I cancel my order?
All cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour during business hours from when the order was placed and our customer service team will do our best to accommodate. In any event you can always request a free return shipping label to send back your domestic order.
RETURNING MY ORDER
What is 2(X)IST's return policy?
If you need to return your online purchase for whatever reason*, we're happy to issue a full refund for unworn, undamaged, and tagged items within 30 days of purchase ON US. *Purchases of customized products, monogrammed products, and products marked as "Final Sale" or shipped internationally are not eligible for return or exchange. Sorry, no exceptions.
How do I start a return?
To start a return of a purchase made less than 30 days prior, go to the Returns Page. Enter the Order Number and email used to originally place the order. Follow the steps to submit your return request. If eligible, you should receive a prepaid shipping label to print via email or download directly. Package the items you wish to return, ensuring all original tags and sanitary guards are in place. Seal the parcel, attach the shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest location.
When should I expect my refund?
Once we receive your parcel, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and receipt of refund confirmation via email. Refunds can only be made to your original form of payment. Depending on your bank, those funds might not be available for 1-3 days after we've processed the refund.
Are any products non-returnable or non-refundable?
Yes. Monogrammed products are not eligible for return or exchange. All products marked "Final Sale" at the time of purchase aren't eligible for return or exchange. (See product description for more detail.) International orders aren't eligible for return or exchange, either.
What isn't my order showing up in the Return Portal?
Be sure to use your order confirmation number and the email you used when you originally placed the order. The order confirmation number should start with a "3" and can be found on your order confirmation email, MyAccount page, or order status page.
How do I check the status of my return?
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 business days for processing and receipt of refund confirmation via email. Refunds may only be made to the original form of payment and may take 1-3 business days to reflect, depending on your financial institution.
Can I return any 2(X)IST product?
Unfortunately, we're only able to accept/assist with returns of 2(X)IST products purchased through 2Xist.com. For assistance with product purchased elsewhere, we recommend contacting the retailer directly.
What is the Holiday return policy?
Most items* purchased from 2(X)ist between Nov 22nd and Dec 20th are eligible for Return Requests through Jan 18th. *With the exception of Final Sale, The Monogram Shop, and International orders, none of which can be returned or exchanged.
Can I return items that are Final Sale?
Products described as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase are not eligible for return. No exceptions.
How do I request a price adjustment?
We're unable to accommodate requests for price adjustments at this time. If the item you purchased is still in stock, simply re-purchase at the desired price and return the previously purchased units if you're still within the 30-Day Return Window.
Does 2(X)IST do price matching?
We're unable to accommodate requests to price-match other retailers.

This is our way of showing our appreciation. You’ll earn points for activities on our site, like referrals and purchases. You can use them to earn discounts off purchases, so the more you collect the more you save.
Who can join?
Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled but you can also just sign-up here.
How do I earn points?
You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including
referring friends, and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn

Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'cancelled' statuses mean?
Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards

Pending: These points are need to be verified before
you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals
Cancelled: These points will not be added to your
account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points
will change from pending to cancelled)
What happens if a friend I refer cancels or returns their order?
Your pending points will become cancelled and will be
removed from your account.
